Gen-AI Consultant

As a GenAI Consultant, you are the strategic and practical driver behind AI transformation at our clients. You connect technical possibilities with real user needs and business goals. You help teams move from potential to practice, translating the power of Generative AI into solutions that are usable, scalable and make a difference.

You are an AI enthusiast who enjoys turning complexity into clarity. You love diving into new tools and ideas, but even more, you love helping others use them in meaningful ways. You are independent, hands-on and eager to make ideas real. You bring structure to complexity and energy to teams. You know how to guide a client on their AI journey and how to get developers, users and stakeholders aligned around a shared goal.

• Design and facilitate GenAI workshops, from fundamentals to prompting and risk awareness

• Conduct GenAI Readiness Scans to assess infrastructure, data and business processes

• Identify and validate AI opportunities across knowledge work, automation and customer journeys

• Translate business challenges into concrete GenAI solutions

• Stay up to date on AI trends and translate them into new capabilities

What you bring

• A solid understanding of GenAI models, prompting, context use and their limitations

• Familiarity with tools like GPT, Claude, Gemini, LangChain or Cursor

• A good grasp of how APIs, cloud platforms or data workflows fit into AI solutions

• Experience designing and testing real use cases with end users

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust in both technical and business settings

• A degree in AI, computer science, data science, design, business or a related field

• Fluency in Dutch and English
